Your coaching journey has a simple structure: a foundation session to set direction, six bi-weekly sessions to create change, and a closing reflection to celebrate progress and shape what comes next. Insights often happen in our conversations, but the real change takes place as you apply what you learn day to day with awareness. Between sessions, you’ll be supported with prompts, resources, and accountability to help you focus on what matters most.
