At Vantage Coaching, we start by meeting you where you are. Together, we chart a path forward that fits your goals, values, and pace of growth. Some clients follow one of our structured development pathways, while others design their own trajectory. The process is flexible, but the focus remains constant: clarity, confidence, and meaningful progress.

Every coaching pathway follows the same rhythm: Foundation, Transformation, and Reflection.
This structure provides focus and momentum while leaving space to follow what emerges in the work. Across all pathways, we’ll combine conversation with reflection tools, psychometrics, and frameworks like the Compasses to help you track growth and sustain change.

Foundation

Build trust and set direction.
We begin with a complimentary session to explore your goals, check for fit, and set direction. This session lays the groundwork for clarity and connection before we begin the coaching itself.

Begin your coaching journey with a moment of reflection. The TidalShift Compass helps you understand your current landscape so we can focus on what matters most in your Foundation session.


Transformation

Coaching sessions for growth and change.
Six 60-minute sessions focused on awareness, reflection, and action. This is where the deeper work happens, exploring values, strengths, and patterns while building the tools and confidence to create meaningful progress.


Reflection

Celebrate progress and decide what comes next.
A final session dedicated to capturing progress, integrating learning, and identifying next steps. We review insights, clarify goals, and choose whether to continue, adjust cadence, or close with alignment and confidence.

Between-session support

  • Reflective prompts to deepen insights between sessions

  • Curated resources (articles, podcasts, books) tailored to your goals

  • Email access for quick check-ins (48-hour response time)

  • Compass frameworks to track and visualize progress

Investment

Coaching is a commitment to your growth.

A complete pathway typically includes eight sessions over three months, with reflection and support between sessions. The investment for a full coaching pathway is £1,500, which covers all sessions and between-session support to help embed change and sustain momentum.

Bespoke arrangements can be discussed during your Foundation session or at recontracting stages to suit your goals and availability.
