How Each Pathway Works

We start by making sure we’re the right fit for each other. This stage sets expectations, builds trust, and creates clarity around your goals.

The core of the work is coaching sessions, typically every two weeks. Here we explore challenges, raise awareness, and translate insight into meaningful action.
